Our Collective Journey (Spoiler: It Wasn’t a Straight Line)
EmpowerUplan started with a simple yet powerful vision from our founder, David: create something that empowers people—not overwhelms them. Over time, that vision grew into a thriving community built on decades of experience in education, counseling, and community wellness.
From classrooms and courtrooms to workshops and wellness retreats, we’ve worked with thousands of people from all walks of life. And here’s what we know for sure: when you start taking care of your body with intention, your entire life shifts—your energy, your mindset, your relationships, all of it.
From Global Service to Local Support
Our roots go deep—and global. From building schools in Africa to leading wellness workshops across South America, we’ve seen firsthand the incredible power of education and community. We’ve also supported military families stateside through the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, offering counseling and wellness support to those who give so much.
Every one of these experiences taught us something vital: True wellness is a blend of care, community, and consistent action.
